AI Tie-Out Revamp

We are excited to announce that we significantly revamped the AI suggested trial balance tie-out feature over the weekend! This update makes a number of changes that together will result in a massive improvement in performance.

• The AI will now look at the first three pages and the last two pages of each document. Previously, the AI only looked at the first two pages (meaning the AI would miss any numbers of the last page).

• In cases of several of the same appropriate numbers on one page the AI will now pick the one lowest on the page, meaning the AI will better detect totals.

• The AI will now look at the name of the file (it didn't previously).

• The AI will now learn from what you did in the last period.

Correct File Naming

The most important thing you can do to assist the AI is to make sure that you name files appropriately. For example, a fixed assets document should be called:

• ✅ Something like "Fixed assets 053125.pdf"

• ❌ Not something generic like "2014904.pdf" or "download.pdf"
