Drag and Drop for file re-ordering in Document list page!

Finally users can drag and drop files into whatever custom order they like! We knew this was a heavily requested feature so we're releasing it as soon as possible. This feature does change how we sort as we used to automatically assign categories and sort by them. We still assign categories and show them to you with the blue folder icon in the image below. Custom folders are on the way and will come out in a future release.

Validation and error message when uploading duplicate accounts

We've added validation logic and an error message for when users upload duplicate account numbers! This should help mitigate some of the bugs we've been seeing, and ensure a smoother and more consistent tie-out process.

Journal Entry Improvements

We made a few improvements to Journal Entries including: Date Support - We now support dates for Journal Entries (JEs). This was requested especially for exporting JEs or importing them to QBO. For existing JEs that didn't have a date we've assigned a default date to the last day of the project period. Removed negative Debit and Credits - When users entered in a negative value in the journal entries we would assign negative debits or credits accordingly. Now if a user enters a negative value to a debit account we convert it to a credit, and if they enter a negative value to a credit account we convert it to a debit entry for clarity. UI improvements - We've made it so once you enter in a JE the view page is now expanded by default so you can check your work, along with a few other visual improvements.

Exclude Net Income and Tax Adjustment account from Tax Mappings

We've improved the tax trial balance process. The ignore account option is now at the top of every tax code selector, and we now exclude net income and the tax adjustment account by default to help the user save time.
