Placeholder improvements

Placeholders retain their name when uploaded. We used to replace the placeholder name with the file that was uploaded, causing users to have to rename it back to the placeholder. Now we keep the placeholder name when a file is uploaded. We also no longer require you to select the document tab, document category, or filetype when making a placeholder.

Comment improvements

Comments now preserve the formatting you make when adding a comment. Before when entering blank lines or bullets our comments would flatten out and lose some of the formatting. We now preserve the formatting for readability.

Bugs

• Document categories are no longer required to submit when making updates to the document settings form.

• Sort Order and Directory is now maintained on document update.

• Reclass JEs now effect book balance

• Users can now reconcile to Calculator annotations
