Shows the $1,000 in net income from the Journal Entry

IIF export fix

We had a bug where sometimes IIF exports wouldn't work if the first line was related to Net Income. This has now been fixed.

There is still a known bug for the QBD Accountant version that is used in the Denari Madison office that is not compatible with our IIF format. Intuit doesn't document this integration so we will put a paus on this feature for now.

Journal Entry Totals are now accurate to the decimal

the totals display used to be off by two decimals

Adjusted balances now show even if the balance is 0

Capitalized Entity types for consistency
