Placeholders

We now support users to mark documents as Roll Forward as a Placeholder in addition to our pre-existing Roll Forward option. Users can either toggle this in the edit document settings form, or from the bulk action menu if they want to mark multiple files as Placeholders when they roll forward at one time.

We have disabled the confirmation of rollforwards or rollforwards as placeholders in the new project screen, as we found it redundant. So please make sure you have your roll forwards and placeholders properly marked before rolling into a new project!

Admin Dashboard for User Management

Admins from organizations can now add/delete and edit users for their own organization without submitting tickets to Denari. Hopefully this is a big help for Jenni and Nici! This dashboard is only accessible to Admins, and is found in the top left app feature selector.

Project Locking

We've now enabled project locking! This is something only reviewers on the assigned project can do once a project is complete. Once done only Admins will be able to unlock a project, so only do it when you're sure your finished! When a project is locked, we capture a timestamp of the lock and disable the following features: - Reconciliation/Un-reconciliation of line items - Journal Entry creation/editing - Line items can no longer be ignored/un-ignored - Editing of the Chart of Accounts - The settings page, except for the exports section. - Editing of .xlsx files through sharepoint - Editing of documents

What you can still do: - View documents - View Trial Balance page - View Journal Entries - Export PDFs and CSVs from a project - Download documents

Bugs

CAS079 Calculator amounts can't be selected for manual reconciliations CAS081 Capitalization of extensions (.PDF, .XLXS) breaks upload CAS082 Journal entry edits create unbalanced totals

Deleted document showing up as reconciliation option Roll forward as placeholder setting remembered on document update And a lot of minor bug fixes! All of these should be fixed as of this release.
