This week we made a lot of great changes to how documents work in Denari!

Document approvals

We have heard from users that being able to check-off a document can be useful for both the preparer and reviewer. On the document page, you will now be able to click the "Approve" button:

This will change the status to approved.

You can also remove the approve status by clicking the "unapprove" button.

Other document changes

You can now view the last time a document was edited, and by who, on the document page:

Documents on the list page are now also sorted by trial balance order.

You are also able to now edit document names by clicking "..." and then "Edit document settings" on the document page:
