How to use actions to effect multiple documents at once

How to target multiple documents Shift+Left Click: group multi-select Ctrl+Left Click: targeted multi-select

Once selected you can see Actions on the bulk action bar at the bottom of your screen

Actions from left to right include: Approve/Unapprove, Update Document Category, Roll Forward, Download, Delete, and Deselect
